We create an element of unpredictability. Space talk goes beyond your expectations. We add subtle details that spark interest, make you and your family want to be there, raise spirits and exude life.
    3. Team approach : We believe in a cooperative effort between the client, designer and other professionals; sharing of ideas and consensus of minds. We understands your needs and your desires better than anyone else does. We best understand how to give life to your visions. You are provided with a wide variety of choices throughout the design process. We never lose sight of the fact that you will be living with each decision you make, for many years.

  • Is it true that a designer's influence leads to an increase in the project cost?

With years of specialized education and training, coupled with practical experience in their field, interior designers are capable of bringing the construction costs down considerably. Most importantly, they can guarantee you value for money. Design solutions that ensure minimum wastage, assisting clients to get discounts from suppliers, and verifying contractors bills, contribute largely to achieving a reduction in wastage.

  • How long will it take for the project to complete?

Completion of the project depends upon various factors like the scope of work, complexity of the design, your own ability to make decisions using choices provided by the designer, level of planning done before actual construction, time at your disposal and flow of money.

  • How can the designer help me in procurement of the materials?

Material procurement is something that we leave to our clients. However, if desired, we are ready to share our knowledge to assist the client in procuring quality material at the best possible price. Either way, we operate strictly on a fee-to-service basis and pass on all professional discounts and commissions to our clients, therefore protecting the clients' interests at all times.

  • Can cost be determined before the beginning of a project?

Certainly. There are two ways of achieving this. We've developed our own hands-on system to take the guesswork out of interior design budgeting. Using a systematic approach, all the items of work are clearly specified, quantified and budgeted. Prior to the starting of the project, we provide the client a final cost estimate. In a scenario, where there is a limited budget, we can always work backwards and create the best possible design solution within the given cost. We are always sensitive to our clients' budgets.

  • When should I use a design professional?

  • I have a remodeling project but I am not sure if I need an interior designer or an architect?

This is very common question. Typically, an interior designer has the skills and professional education to design and draft new space plans whether reconfiguring an existing interior space or adding square footage to a home as well as develop lighting and electrical plans, select all interior finishes such as flooring, countertops, tile, paint colors, wall and window treatments, as well as specify plumbing, appliances, cabinetry and furnishings, to name a few. If your project involves changing structural load bearing walls, or adding square footage, an architect and/or structural engineer will need to be part of your team. They will provide the necessary drawings and structural calculations required by your local building department to ensure your safety and welfare, as well as pass building code inspections

  • Why should I pay for a designer when some retail and builder supply stores offer "free design assistance" ?

While it is true that many retail establishments may offer "free" advice and assistance, and that sometimes, though not always, those consultants may be very good at what they do, it is also true that although the advice they offer you is "free", they definitely are not working for "free" and their primary allegiance and obligation is to their employer.

  • What do I need to know about your initial consultations? Is there a fee?

Our initial consultation is FREE. Once we have an overview of the scope of the job, we can determine which designer is a good fit. We can come to your home if that is helpful.

  • What size of projects does nirmankart's Inter Designer accept? Can I start with one room?

Our designers can help you with any type or size of project. Whether you need to decorate your first home, redesign your second home or start with one room, we can help you conceptualize, visualize and realize your dream.

Plans & Estimation FAQ

  • Are your plans ready to submit to government for necessary approvals?

Our plans contain enough information to build a home as well as the information that your local authority requires. Prior to application for a building permit or the start of actual construction, we strongly advise that you consult your local building official to verify what you will need to submit for your building permit.

  • How can I find a house in my area that has been built with a house plan from Way2nirma.com that I like?

This is a very common question, however due to our Privacy Policy, we do not release this information to protect the privacy of our customers. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

  • What is a materials list and what does it include?

A material list is a list of building supplies needed to construct the infrastructure of your new house and includes materials such as lumber, insulation, rafters, concrete, and hardware. However, it usually doesn't include hardware for lighting, heating, electrical, or plumbing.
Many of our house plans have a material list available from the original designer or Architect. If a material list is available, it can be selected during the order process under "Additional Options." We can create a material list for any of our plans.

  • How do I choose right plan for my new home?

Find a Plan that You Love Most searches begin with the square footage or the number of bedrooms that are desired.
Choose a House Plan That Suits Your Land
Choose a plan that fits the characteristics of your land. It can be very expensive to haul in dirt or grade a lot to make it suitable for a plan. It's better to make the house fit the land rather than try to make the land fit the house. Also, the size and shape of your lot affects the type of home you can build on the lot.
    Be Open Minded
It's important to be open-minded when looking at houses. By doing this, you'll learn things you never realized. Over time, your "ideal" home will evolve and change. If you're like most people, you'll probably buy a home that is different from what you thought you wanted. Don't quickly discard houses. You will have a better understanding of what you want by taking a close look at many houses.
    Exteriors Are Easy to Change
Some people will only look at a house if they like its appearance. However, usually the house's exterior can easily be changed. The changes to an exterior can be so dramatic that you won't realize you are looking at the same house. To change the exterior, you can use different windows, modify rooflines, and change exterior details. Don't judge a home by its appearance. It's the inside that really counts. After all, you'll spend 90% of your time on the inside of your home.
Your "Perfect" Home May Not Exist
Some people spend years searching for the perfect home. Ask yourself what are features you must have and what are features you want to have. When you find a house that meets your requirements, it may not have all of your wants. Often we can work with you to close the gap.
    Blueprints Can Be Changed
Almost everyone who buys stock blueprints changes them. Try to find something close to what you want and make changes to suit your needs. You can also usually add features to a home.
